Instruction to Applicants
 
Statement of Qualification to be submitted by the applicant
 
There are 2 (two) stages of submission, Online submission and Physical submission.
 
1) Online Submission
Information is to be provided in the prescribed formats provided on the GIDB website. The documents should be uploaded in PDF format.
 
Part 1: General Information
  • Name, designation and contact details of the contact persons/principal partners in the firm;
  • Details of registered office, corporate office etc;
 
Part 2: Financial Strength
  • Turnover, Net worth and Debt Equity Ratio from consultancy business in the last 03 (three) years;
  • Net Worth formula calculation:
    For Company = (Subscribed and Paid-up Capital fund + Reserves + Share Allotment Money Already Received + Preference Shares (including Redeemable) + Convertible Debentures but excluding Warrants - (Revaluation reserves + Miscellaneous expenditure not written off)
NOTE:
  • The Applicant must use the above mentioned formula for calculating the Net Worth, firms calculating Net Worth using any other formula will not we acceptable.
Upload Supporting documents:
  • Applicants are required to upload financial statements including Audited Balance Sheet and Audited Profit and Loss Statement, highlighting “Annual turnover, Net worth and Debt Equity ratio”.
  • The above documents shall be duly certified by an independent auditor and duly signed by authorized signatory of the company.
 
Part 3: Firm strength
  • Applicants are also required to provide total number of managerial & technical expert staff (irrespective of sectors applied for) with the firm for the consultancy services.
 
Part 4: Project Information/Past Experience
  • The consulting firm has to provide sector-wise details of the qualified ongoing and completed studies carried out (not more than 25) by the applicant in each category** of the relevant sector* in last 05 (Five) years, which best illustrates the firm’s technical qualifications. (This may also include studies started / taken up before five years but should have been completed in last five years);
For Infrastructure sectors
  • Studies carried out in the particular sector* in India;
  • Non PPP** studies carried out in the sector*;
  • PPP** studies carried out in the sector*;
 
Upload Supporting documents:
  • Applicants are required to upload relevant work order and completion certificate without which they will not be included as relevant experience
  • The supporting documents shall be duly signed by authorized signatory of the company.
 
Part 5: Expert manpower information
  • Name, Qualification and Expertise of the expert/ specialised manpower;
  • Number of years in the sector: Starting with the present position, list in reverse order every employment held. List all positions held (in the related sector) by expert/ specialised manpower since graduation, giving dates, names of employing organization, titles of positions held and role in the respective organization and other details as required;
  • Number of Non PPP** projects in the related sector* (For Consulting firm);
  • Number of PPP** projects in the related sector* (For Consulting firm);
Upload Supporting documents:
  • Applicants are required to upload CV for each personnel in the expert manpower section.
  • The supporting document shall be duly signed by the respective personnel and duly signed by authorized signatory of the company.
 
2) Physical Submission of Documents:
  • Applicants are required to take a sector wise print of the same on A4 size paper and send a copy duly signed by the authorised signatory to the GIDB office. The sequence of submission is as follows
    • Power of Attorney for signing of application.
    • General and Financial Information.
    • Project and Manpower Information (Sector wise).
  • Applicants are facilitated to download General and Financial Information, Project Information and Manpower Information in the PDF format submitted through web.
  • Information to be provided in hard copies to GIDB is to be sent to GIDB office after having been duly signed by the authorized signatory.
  • “Power of Attorney for signing of application” to be submitted in the format prescribed on the website in hard copy.
* Sector shall mean the sector applied for.
** PPP shall mean Public Private Partnership Projects.
